A. Milk Supply Estimation

Milk supply is a dynamic factor dependent on both exogenous and endogenous factors. The present model looks into milk yield and animal populations as endogenous factors and their growth parameters (assumed) to derive supply scenarios. The growth parameters are themselves dynamic and determined by exogenous factors and the market forces and have set ranges for simulation to derive the various scenarios for assessment. This application looks into providing the detailed methodology to conduct the review and models to make estimates till 2047 for long run scenarios and to aid in the planning of resources to achieve the dairy vision for Viksit Bharat 2047.
